Karen Whitbread Wadd That's so lovely, have similar ones with my dad, grandad, and
great grandad, dad would wake me and brother to go down Towan in Newquay with a
sieve and spade when tides took the sand, great memories, found money to that dad
gave me for dinner money for school, I got called to the Miss Horton of Treviglas as
they thought the money was imitation where dad had soaked in vinegar over night to
clean it

Lyn Tsan I feel the same way having spent the first 21 years of my life growing up in
Goldsithney the village where I was born and Perranuthnoe where I spent hours on the
beach. Thanks to Facebook I have been able to revisit Cornwall with all its memories
for me inspite of living miles away on the island of Fuerventura, in a fishing village
El Cotillo but with a great climate, warm most of the time and lots of sunshine. X
