Attempts to resolve a misunderstanding between the two organisations
Over the years there has been a number of disputes relating to the land belonging to the people of Porthleven. Alfie was one of the last surviving Trustees. Meetings were eventually held with Porthleven Town Council and it was finally agreed the Town Council would become the Trustees of all the land owned by the people of Porthleven to secure its future use for the purpose it was designated.
