Alfie Pascoe was a person who plaid a key role in the development and history of Porthleven.
He kept meticulous records of everything he was involved and interested in and because of this we think his recordings of history as it was happening should appear under his collection.

This is a complete copy of a hand written journal/ledger of produced in 1969 by William (Bill) Oliver, Denis Oliver's father who lived at Torleven Porthleven. He was the eldest of the two Oliver's brothers, well known boat builders. It is a unique record consisting of around 100 pages broken down into consecutive volumes.
