  TWINNIE MITCHELLS Farmer brothers Andrew and William Mitchell, bachelors who retired to a house in Wellington Road after 50 years of farmingtogether. Celebrated their 80th birthday living in the village and could be found at Helston Cattle Market every Monday. They dressed exactly alike, looked alike and moved at the same time and in the same direction. They were always well groomed and sported moustaches and bowler hats and often wore shoe spats. Conversation was one of their strong attributes and they were often the targets of the visitors. Pretty girls were always welcomed!
